Elena Garagorri

QHSE Manager

Elena joined AEE Power in 2018. She is a health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) professional, with Environmental Science University Degree, and Occupational Health and Safety Master Degree. Elena has been working on developing and implementing HSEQ management systems for almost 15 years in construction and transport infrastructures, in an international environment.

With a wide experience in civil construction works and in HQ corporate department, defining HSEQ guidelines and strategy in each company’s concession, participating in different HSEQ international projects and auditing them in order to improve HSEQ Company’s performance and reduce occupational accidents; Elena leads the promotion of the environmental protection and customer satisfaction.
